It might seem counterintuitive, but doing the cooking options at career events like the coffee shop and the restaurant is an inefficient use of stamina too. I do recommend checking out the different character animations for the different options, but if you're trying to get things done as quickly as possible, this is the way to go. Using the 2-stamina option gets twice the amount of work done in the same amount of time, so there is no real reason to use a 1-stamina option unless it’s the only option available. Usually 1- or 2-stamina options are what's available. When trying to use your stamina up as quickly as possible, always go for the options that use more stamina and grant more points.
